Last week this time, I was just settling down at the computer with a steaming cup of tea in hand. It was probably a bit earlier than this, as I am a very early riser. I was just laying down the cup of tea, when my very eager pooch leaped at the desk, and you guessed it. The desk was swimming in Tetly Tea. I have never moved so fast in my life. There was the keyboard, speakers, random small electronics, notebooks, my phone, some recipe notes and junk. Yes, a messy desk. Everything survived the tea Tusnami. except the keyboard. Despite my best efforts to blow dry the keyboard, dead.
As I was preparing for our Thanksgiving, I had no time to run out and get a new one. So, friends, that is my very lame excuse for not putting up a menu last week. By the time I got a keyboard, it was two days too late, so I figured just as well to leave it till this week.
This week, I have on the menu a few of the recent dishes, as they are that good! As well as one of my first postings on the site, Moroccan Spiced Pan Seared Tuna. If you haven't come across that recipe, give it a try. Just wonderful.

Monday I only recently made this Mediterranean Chicken and it was a big hit. Full of flavour, easy to put together and goes with many dishes including one of my favourites, Rosemary Roasted Potatoes. A great way to start the week.
Tuesday This is honestly a great dish that delivers high on flavour and quickly. If you are looking for something quick on a chilly October day, this Shrimp Fried Rice could be just what you need at the end of a day.
Wednesday It's soup day again. This week with this Warming Chicken & Vegetable Chicken. This soup uses left over chicken. Could easily use turkey as well and one to keep in mind for the holidays.
Thursday Sometimes recipes aren't recipes at all. These Easy Beef Wraps fall into that category as they are that easy. Try them and find out your for yourself!
Friday If you love pasta, like ME, you are will absolutely love this Parmesan Chicken in a White Wine Sauce. It is totally delicious and I don't really know what else to say about it. So, make it this week!!!
Saturday When most people think of tuna, they think of the stuff that comes in a can. Well, tuna goes far above and beyond the can, trust me. These Moroccan Spiced Pan Seared Tuna Steaks make the cans want to hid in the corner in shame.
Sunday This Chorizo & Chicken Payella could be a great way to round out the week with family or friends. If you prepare and chop everything before hand, it makes for easy hands on cooking ahead of sitting at the table. Enjoy!
Dessert Everybody had a go to dessert. My go to dessert happens to be these Profiteroles. I don't even know how many of these I have made, shared and eaten over the years. Too many to count for sure. They are not as difficult to make as you may think. Once you have cracked it, they may become your go to dessert as well. Try them out!
