Putting together this weeks menu and I starting visiting some of the older recipes on the blog. I cam across the Classic Fish Pie that I haven't made in ages. If you love fish, like me, the fish pie is a must try. I have it on my menu for the week and will be making it closer the weekend. Already looking forward to it. The fish pie is something you can make in advance, put in the fridge and then pull out when you are ready to cook it. Got to love meals like that. Check it out and see what else is on the menu! Have a great week and happy cooking as always.
Let's see what the week has in store!
Monday Starting the week off with Classic Spaghetti with a Fresh Marinara Sauce. This recipe featured back in the earlier weekly menus but it is time to show it again. Last week I made a huge batch of Marinara Sauce and thought this dish very fitting for the week.
Tuesday And for Taco Tuesday we have these very delicious Shrimp Tacos with a Cilantro Lime Topping. If you haven't yet tried them, don't miss out because they are really delicious!
Wednesday As promised, one on the grill recipe each week. We made these Vegetable Kebabs in a Mint & Lemon Marinade last week and they are perfect for spring. Goes well with a side of couscous and Minted Yoghurt Dip.
Thursday Made this very easy stove top Ginger and Citrus Glazed Turkey a few times and it is really good. Makes for a super easy and quick week night dinner. Goes great with rice or noodles.
Friday Heading into the weekend with this Classic Fish Pie. Fish on Friday right! I know you must be thinking this is more of a winter dish...well maybe, possibly, for sure. But I love it and honestly think you can have it no matter what the season.
See you all next week for some more delicious menu ideas!
