Let's see what this week has in store!
Monday Starting off this week with this very quick and flavoursome stove top Honey Glazed Chicken and Carrots. It is all done in 30 minutes, so perfect for week night dinners. Suggested serving couscous on the side.
Tuesday This very healthy Veggie and Soy Bean Sprout Stir Fry is put together and cooked in minutes. Serve it over brown rice or with noodles for a more complete meal.
Wednesday There is still time left for soup. Especially with this Spring Asparagus and Broccoli Soup. Serve with your favourite dinner rolls and maybe a salad on the side. Mid week sorted!
Thursday Made this just a few weeks back for a quick dinner and it is absolutely delicious. Serve potatoes on the side of this Lemon Crusted Baked Cod for a delicious dinner.
Friday Okay, so we all survived another week! Time to kick back and relax with this super easy Spaghetti with Fresh Tomato Pisto. Serve it up with garlic bread, a salad a a big glass of wine. Have a great weekend and will be back next Monday for more menu ideas.
