Monday Kicking off the week with this Italian Sausage and Tomato Stew. Great warming food to come home to on a Monday evening. Great served over rice.
Tuesday I can't seem to have a weekly menu in the winter without a soup. This Tomato and Basil soup is so easy to put together and goes great with a crusty bread on the side. Can have it all made in advance and then just warm it up when you get in.
Wednesday This recipe is straight from Epicurious. I stumbled across it early last fall and it is absolutely delicious. This Roasted Moroccan Chicken is easy enough for a week night dinner and even fancy enough for a dinner party.
Thursday I absolutely love pasta and this Sun Dried Tomato and Arugula Tagliatelle is just delicious. Is put together in about half an hour and then no time to the table. Serve with a green salad and a rewarding glass of wine (if you like!).
Friday Finish off the week with this absolutely lovely Salmon and Lentils. It is delicious, healthy, easy and done in 30 minutes. What could be a better way to round off a long week.
