We all love the idea of quick dinners and sometimes, yes sometimes, it is actually possible. All these recipes have been cooked from start to finish in 30 minutes with no precooked items or leftovers in fridge. Easy, fresh and delicious!
Monday Starting the week out with this super easy stove top dinner. Honey Glazed Chicken & Carrots make for a quick and nutritious supper when you are ending of a busy day.

If you click on to the recipe, you will notice that I had pre cooked rice on hand....oops. However, if you get your rice going when the veggies are cooking, you can still have it to the table in the 1/2 hour time slot. No problemo!!!
Friday Head into the weekend with this 20 Minute Noodle Stir Fry. Easy on time, which means there is more time to enjoy your Friday night.
Chicken can easily be added to this dish to make it more substantial if you feel the veggies are not enough. I would say you could still get it done in 30 minutes if you cut the chicken into thin strips and pan fry it quickly.
Saturday These Easy Chicken Salad Sandwiches are great to take to the beach, park or on the road. Just put the salad in a tupper wear box and keep the bread separate. Put it all together when it's time to eat. Enjoy!
Sunday A great way to round out the week with this 30 minutes dinner, Salmon & Lentils. Fancy enough for a Sunday lunch and can easily be served to guests. Nobody will ever know that you didn't spend hours slaving away.
This recipe uses precooked jared lentils that are very convenient for quick dinners.
Dessert I don't think dessert needs to be complex or time consuming. Sometimes, the most simplest of sweets can be the tastiest. These Easy Apple and Cinnamon Turnovers are case in point. Using store bought pastry they are done in no time at all.
