It's Monday and we are back with the meal plan. This week we are brining you some pretty tasty dinners that I personally think need trying. Every now and again when I cook I think to myself, what if I ate that in a restaurant? Well folks, all the dishes this week are brought to you by Restaurant worthy dinners. Okay, I know you might not be up for a full blown fancy dinner every night of the week, but you might just find one you would like to try.
If I were to choose a personal favourite on this list, it would have to be the Sun Dried Tomato & Asparagus Chicken. Probably because I have cooked it a zillion times now and everyone in the house will eat it. I always call that success.

Monday I absolutely love this Sun Dried Tomato and Asparagus Chicken dish. I have made it so many times now that I could probably do it with my eyes closed. Every single time, it is as delicious as the time before. And guess what? This restaurant worthy dish is done in half an hour. Serve with baby new potatoes and your fancy dinner is on the table for a Monday night.
Tuesday I can't express how much I love risotto. All types! I have several favourites, but this one is up there for sure. Seafood Risotto is a great way to serve your favourites fruits of the sea, as they say. I used shrimp and salmon in this dish and they both compliment each other to perfection.
Wednesday This Caramelized Onion and Spinach Chicken has one hidden ingredient? Dates! They are what bring the dish to its full flavour. A great one to save for guests.
The filling for this chicken dish can be made in advance and put in the fridge. Then when ready to cook, simply stuff the chicken and bake it for about 20-25 minutes. Dinner done easy. It would go really great with a Warm Mediterranean Salad on the side.
Thursday This was a recent surprise dish that I made and loved it! By surprise dish, I mean I was cleaning out the fridge and this is what I came up with. If I were served this Soy & Ginger Tuna Steak with Fresh Avocado in a restaurant, I would be pretty happy. Another bonus point for this dish is that it's done in 1/2 hour You can't argue with that for fancy.
Friday This was the very first recipe posted on the blog back in 2015! I have been making it for years and it never gets old, boring or loses flavour. If you have never made the very easy Shrimp Linguine, what are you waiting for.
Saturday This Mediterranean Chicken is a dish packed full of flavour and sure satisfy a craving for all those delicious fresh flavours. It packs a bit of a punch by using capers and black olives so you get the full flavours of the Med. See here served with a Roasted Chickpea and Kale Salad.
Sunday If you love pork loin, this Roasted Pork Loin in a Sweet Sherry Sauce has to be on your list this fall. I absolute love this cut of meat. It is extremely versatile, easy to cook and quick to cook as well. The sweet sherry sauce on this roast gives it a nice touch. Served here with Fall Roasted Vegetables.
Dessert Creme Brulee is one of those desserts that never gets old. I love it and could probably eat it for breakfast. Creme Brulee is a make ahead dessert that you just have to put under the grill for the last few minutes before serving. So although it may seem intimidating, it is super easy and just so good.
