Back with the weekly meal plans and, as usual, there are a lot of quick and easy dishes. The most surprising quick dish this week is the Parmesan and Leek Turkey. It looks like a million bucks and it's fancy enough to feed guests but it only takes 30 minutes. And you all know how much I love quick dinners. It seems to be the story of my life. I also got breakfast in here for dinner which I love. I would say every few weeks, we have some kind of breakfast food for dinner. It works and nobody complains. That is my next favourite thing, nobody complaining.
Go on and take a look and see if you can find something for dinner or at least something to keep in mind for another time.
Happy Cooking and have a great week!
Monday Let's start the week with breakfast for dinner! Every now again, we do have breakfast for dinner. It is always quick and easy and what a better way to start the week. This particular Mushroom and Parmesan Omelette is downright delicious!
Tuesday This is such an easy dinner. It's easy because, you guessed it, I used a jar of Red Pesto! Sometimes life does call for convenience and there is nothing wrong with popping a lid every once in a while. This Red Pesto Pasta Salad was put together from start to finish in just 15 minutes. Cook pasta, chop veggies and add the jar. Done!
Wednesday I think we are just about into soup season around here. Yes, there are still flip flops in the daytime but the evenings are cool enough to have a bowl of soup. I am keeping this Curried Cauliflower and Carrot Soup in mind for this week. A flavoursome and hearty soup!
Thursday Everybody needs at least one quick and easy dinner that they can put together in no time at all. Well, this recipes delivers on a dinner that can be put together in just 10 minutes! Friday Salmon is quite possibly my favourite fish. This Zesty Pan Seared Salmon is a super quick and tasty dish. Serve with just a salad if you like for a light dinner.
Saturday Lately we have been on a bit of a pizza bender. For weeks now, we have been making pizza at the weekends and, of course, it is loved be everyone. The kids love plain cheese, the husband anchovies and garlic and I love this Loaded Vegetable Pizza. Get it for your casual Saturday!
Sunday This Creamy Parmesan and Leek Turkey would be a great way to spend a Sunday lunch. To get a Sunday roast feel to this dish, you could roast a whole load of vegetables to have on the side.
