Rosemary is yet another fabulous ingredient. Where we live, bushes of it seem to grow just about everywhere. So you can pretty much just pick it from wild bushes as needed. Easy!
Rosemary brings a nice touch to so many dishes. I especially love it added to roasted potatoes. This potato dish will please just about any potato lover and is so quick and easy to make.
Roasted Rosemary Potatoes
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. In a medium roasting tin, combine all of the above ingredients. Give a toss and put straight into the oven. Roast for about 35-40 minutes or until golden on the outside and tender on the inside. Serve immediately.
