Who out there makes their own condiments and sauces? Of course picking up your favourite supermarket brand is always easy and convenient. But why not make your own sometime. Condiments are generally easy to make and you’ll impress yourself by making your own! And to boot, you get to control the ingredients and adjust the flavour how you like it! Okay, I know it’s not always possible but when you have a bit of time, why not try them out.

And what a better place to start than with this Classic Dill Sauce. This literally takes minutes to put together. It uses a combination of mayonnaise and Greek yogurt for flavour and it’s downright delicious!

Dill Sauce is such a classic and has been around forever. I love using it with my Seafood Salad with Dill. You just can’t beat it. And if you’re on the hunt for a great salad dressing, check out my Lemon Vinaigrette.

Hope you enjoy the simple recipe and I’ll see you all soon! Happy cooking friends.
