I have to say, this is possibly one of my most favourite salads of all time. So easy and quick to make and it looks beautiful with all the bright colours. We just had it tonight with a barbecue and it went down pretty well!
2 ripe tomato
1 Small ball of fresh mozzarella
Small handful of fresh basil leaves
So easy. Slice the tomatoes into slices and arrange them on a serving plate.. Top with fresh mozzarella and basil leaves. Done!
You and just add sea salt and drizzle with olive oil or use a classic vinaigrette.
