Dive in and get the week started. Happy Cooking!
Monday This Grilled Paprika Chicken Salad could be a great way to kick off Monday. As many people are talking about back to school and the regular routine of life, I am sill focusing on summer vibes. Interested in salads? Why not check out the Salad section of the blog. There are a whole lot of fresh ideas over there.
Tuesday Sometimes you just need a few ingredients to have dinner on the table. This 5 Ingredient Tagliatelle will do just that in no time at all. Pasta is a great food that can be cooking in literally minutes. Add in a few flavours and you are all set for dinner. Why not check out more pasta ideas here!
Wednesday Meatballs are a great make ahead food that can be reheated when ready to eat. These Meatballs in Tomato Sauce are no exception and are great with rice or pasta. You can even freeze them if you are that organized.
Thursday Risotto has to be one of my favourite foods. This Portobello Mushroom & Spinach Risotto is easily at the top of that list.
Friday Casseroles are not only for winter. This Spring Pasta Casserole is great any time of year and can be made ahead and baked just before serving.
Saturday More summer salads coming your way. This time with a fresh and delicious Mediterranean Vegetable & Chicken Salad. Still summer!
Sunday This Baked Salmon and Sauteed Brussel Sprout dish is a great way to wind down the week. Salmon is my absolute favourite fish and you can check out more from the sea here.
Dessert Sometimes you just got to have dessert. Raspberry Chocolate Cream Cheese Brownies are the perfect ending to any meal. These brownies are probably my favourite at the moment. Made them for the first time this summer and have made them three times since. Don't miss out!
Check back next week for some more delicious menu ideas!
