This very quick canapé is not only pretty, it is pretty tasty as well!
Smoked Salmon Canapés
Makes 12-14 mini canapés
First, get your little toasts ready. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees F. On a baking sheep drizzle the olive oil and spread out with a spatula to grease the sheet. Spread the bread out on the sheet and bake for a few minutes until a little golden and crisp. Remove from oven and set aside to assemble.
Spread a little cream cheese on each toast and top with smoked salmon, a little lemon juice, fresh cracked pepper, sea salt and a sprig of fresh dill. Serve immediately.
